In order to continue offering customers high service quality, Star Assurance organized training programs for all agents nation-wide. This was done in various groupings. Areas touched on were; Relationship Selling Process, Customer Retention Strategies, Customer Service, Product Knowledge and Claims Processes. The agents really appreciated this program as there have been subsequent testimonies of agents now selling a wider range of policies.
